    Soul Link: Is the ability to see images of an weapon or objects wielder. Raze is able to see the memories of the wielder and from that he is able to learn the skills or ability that the old wielder was able to do.

    This is approved only on weapons and NPCs you make. Can't just pick up a weapon or something and learn everything about a person. That's OP and why the person with that power always dies.

    How about this?
    Soul Link: Is the ability to see images of an weapon or objects wielder. Raze is able to see the memories of the wielder and from that he is able to borrow the skills of that wielder. but puts a big strain on his mind only allowing him to use it for a set limit of 3 minutes and the more skillful the wielder was the harder it is to link with.

    No. It's not the limit that's an issue, it's the concept. Being able to just touch something and learn about someone just isn't fair, at all. Seeing as you're trying to put a limit on it, lets me know you're trying to copy other player characters. To even nip that in the bud, copying their image and what not is fine, but you can't copy what they do. It goes against the very concept of the game since the Kings draw out the unique abilities and talents within his pieces.

    hmm how about this one I will change the techs to. RuneBlader: Ability to wield both magic and swords and infuse the swords with magic of three elemental types of fire,ice,lightning.

    Let me help you out here because it seems like you're really interested in playing. First off, you don't need techs and abilities to start playing. Your character is approved. You can start already. Abilities and techs aren't really important until you join a Set.

    That being said, what kind of character do you want? How do you want them to fight. These ideas seem to be more about flashiness and making yourself look cool than anything else. Try not to worry so much about that. Get an ability you can use well and you'll make it look cool. So tell me, I realize you want to be a swordsman. Do you want that to be your central focus, or are you okay with having another ability and you character works the sword play into it? Because your first ability did nothing but continuously power you up in a near unstoppable way. The second one is actually three very distinct abilities.

    well i wanted him to be able to do more than just use sword play but sword play is the main focus. A mix of both sword play and magic is what i want to go for.

    Okay. So focus on the magic aspect, or whatever your ability will be. I wanted this to be kind of a surprise for the first person I fought, but with there being no other kings, I'll help you with my example. Gil, despite his looks, will be more of a brawler. He'll fight like a pro-wrestler actually.

    For example, I will have him set up rebounding space around them to act as ropes to throw people into, bounce them back and stuff. He'll use his power to launch himself in the air for high flying moves, use it to emphasize when he throws someone up and, if he did a chokeslam or powerbomb for example, amplify the driving force when he slams them into the ground. He'll even slow down time when he's doing something like a splash and it'll gain bonus damage for the "superstar" effect I will give him.

    You can come up with an ability and just apply it to sword skills later on as your way of using them. Let's say your ability was energy projection. You could say he most commonly uses his sword as a focus. You could then do something like a horizontal slash that leaves a trail of light. Then you slash vertically down the center of that trail and it launches a lot of splintered energy attacks, sort of like a rain of arrows. Or you could stab someone, then immediately fire off a blast burning clean through them. So focus on your ability, then just apply it to your sword later.
