    Wind Discs:
    Zephyr can summon up to 10 wind discs. For the fewer he summons, it travels faster and more accurately. He can launch these directly at the target or in an arc. This is ineffective as a long range attack, as the disc will not stay together, limiting its role to close quarters. Each disc can deal 20 damage. This technique has a 3 turn cooldown.

    For your sake, not approved. There's nothing illegal about this, but it'll end up, in all likelihood, being weaker than a basic attack you could do.

    Again, for your own good, not approved. Simply put, this is something you could just DO and each disc would have the potential to do even more dmg, once you're a part of a Set anyway, regardless of which piece you are. In addition to Bloo's advice, I would suggest you look at other people's techs to in order to sort of get an idea on things.
