I think cooldown was meant to be put in terms of turns, not seconds.

Not approved. Getting caught out of position is part of the game and one of the jobs of the King and the rest of the Set to avoid. You can't just make a technique to negate that. If you're judging by my Fourth Dimension tech to make this one, you'll notice it's only usable once per battle and, with Gilgamesh' setup, it can't be used while any other techniques are in play. It's a very big tradeoff that may still very much fail. You want to be able to stun and use it every two turns with no trade-off. Not approved.

I will tell you the same thing I told swift. Try to put a bit more thought into your techniques. Using Wolf Pounce, for example, that's not really a technique. You can very easily just lunge at an opponent, and if it connects, pin them down. There's no need to use a tech slot for that. You want your techniques to achieve certain effects that you could simply do.

For example, if a Lv1 Pawn fired some kind of energy attack at Gilgamesh, he could very easily cease time around the attack and the attacker, freezing them both in place. He could then go and either physically pick the Pawn up or use his ability to lift them and move them in front of the attack. He'd then return time to the attack and the opponent after the attack connects, causing them to take damage. That would cause a total of 2 Mental Exhaustion counters that would end on the same turn instead of creating a technique with cooldowns, drawbacks, etc for the same effect.
