Besides himself, there were two other members with that rank, both of which seemed very jealous of Vincent because of his quick ascension through the ranks, as well as him almost always being in the Overlord's favour.
However, that chapter in his life is now over. No longer associated with the gang, he opted to use "Grana" as a nickname as a way of showing his gratitude to the Overlord.
